- All clients must cancel 24 hours before their scheduled appointment. If notice is within the 24 hour time, you will be required to pay a 30% cancellation fee.
- If a client does not show up for their scheduled appointment, you will be required to pay a 30% no-show fee.
- If a client is more than 15 minutes late to their appointment, they will be asked to reschedule.
- After 2 or more no-show/ last minute cancellations, you will be asked to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit for any future appointments.
- Anyone who refuses the required deposits will not be able to book any future appointments.
I understand that things may happen and life is unpredictable sometimes, but in order to give everyone and myself a fair shot at having an appointment, these policies are necessary. Thank you so much for understanding!
